"HillTop Cycle is 1st rate dealer in my book! Was traveling on Vacation on 2010 Vision pulling a trailer on 7/9/2011 when I hit something on I 81 near Atkins, VA. that destroyed rear tire. Crippled off Interstate to Comfort Inn. On 7/10/2011 the Desk Clerk there knew owner of HillTop Cycle and called him at home with my problem. He told me that he would have someone there right after they opened on 7/11. Employee arrived 40 minutes after shop opened (9:10AM)and hauled bike, trailer and us to dealership 25 miles away. Took my Vision straight in to shop and installed new tire and had us back on road at 11:45AM. Even though I was at his mercy, the owner only charged me $328.00 for the tire, install, and tow. I thought this was very reasonable. I can't say enought good about this dealership and if I lived in this area, HillTop Cycle would be my dealership. Tony Guinn, Clinton, Indiana."

"While touring Virginia and North Carolina, the clutch cable on my Kingpin broke.
Dwight got a new one installed almost as soon as the bike came through his door. While his mechanic did the repair, Dwight loaned us his truck so we could go get lunch and then gave me a Hilltop hat when I was ready to leave.
